Shipping & Returns
All orders ship Monday through Friday from Los Angeles, CA. Processing takes 1-2 days for standard shipments and 1 day for expedited shipments so long as they're processed before 11 A.M. PST.
Need to cancel or make an adjustment? No problem bb, just let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Fortunately, since we're small we should be able to make any changes before the order has shipped!

ups standard / 2-8 days
ups ground* / 1-5 days
ups three day select / 3 days
ups second day air / 2 days

- Orders placed after 11 A.M. PST on Fridays will process the following Monday
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We're not responsible for ups or usps shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
- Ups does not ship on weekends.
- Ups cannot deliver to PO boxes, a valid street address is required.
To return something, please contact email@example.com. All returns require authorization by a 98society service representative within 30 days of the delivery date. Because we're so tiny, we've got to manage our inventory!

- We do not currently cover the cost of return shipping.
- Any order discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days.
- Received a damaged product? Oy, we're sorry, let us know within 30 days and we'll do our best to replace it so as long as inventory is still available!
- We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice!
